Seller's Agent.

Our trained & experienced seller's real estate agents will guide seller’s from the listing preparation all the way through closing. The Florida seller’s agent focuses on selling the property according to the terms that are set between the seller and the listing agent in the listing agreement with different skills, training, and expertise than handling transactions as a buyer's agent.  There are seller's agents, and there are selling agents, and no, they're not the same. They don't represent the same parties, even so they sound like there are the same, but they are not.
