Lifestyle Real Estate
What is Lifestyle Real Estate.
Waterfront properties include those on lakes, canals, basin ,bay & rivers. A waterfront property supports lifestyles that includes activities like boating, sailing, water skiing, jet skiing, paddle boarding, fishing, kayaking etc.
Beachfront properties are those homes, condos and beach mansions & retreats that are built directly on the beach, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico or Ocean.
Golf properties are designed for homeowners who want easy access to golfing and access to a clubhouse with restaurant or café / bar and gym. Golf Properties are either directly on a golf course, within walking distance to a golf course, or accessible with a golf cart. Golf Properties include a club membership or the possibility to pay as your play. Golf properties are more likely in a private gated community, only a few communities are non- gated.
Tennis properties are most likely designed for tennis enthusiast. Tennis homes & condo communities offer usually 10-40 courts, clubhouse, restaurant, all in walking distance to the courts and in most cases in gated communities.
High-Rise Living & Luxury.
In SW Florida high-rise living and tower condos are considered buildings that are at least 8 stories in height and up. You can find high-rise towers on the beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, in golf and gated communities.
A gated community is a form of a housing estate or residential community that is enclosed within walls or fences and closed by gates. These gates are in some cases guarded. All owners have access to these gates at all times and can have visitors and guest at their discretion. Gated communities offer in most cases at least a community pool and clubhouse.
Luxury Real Estate
Luxury real estate includes mansion, estates, homes & condos. On our site, it depends on the area you’re selecting, but generally in Florida, properties with a price tag over 2 Million Dollars are considered luxury real estate. We know that pricing isn’t everything and that many buyer’s come from areas where that minimum luxury price tag doesn’t even cover a small condo. For buyer’s looking for a special property with a higher price tag, searching the luxury real estate section is a good place to start. Luxury properties can include waterfront & beachfront homes, golf & tennis communities, high-rise living, gated communities and horse properties.
Horse Properties are those on 5 acres and more, that have buildings like horse barns, riding arenas, or pens, to accommodate owners who have or want horses or have appropriate acreages to add on the desired facilities. In Florida you’re required to have 1 acre per horse.
